No 7,427,199 issued today. The patent covers the design of synthetic human body parts and the formulation of synthetic human tissues for medical device testing, surgical simulation, and clinical task training.

SynDaver™ Labs' President Dr. Christopher Sakezles co-authored a white paper with IVIR Inc (Sarasota, FL) entitled "Advancing the Research and Development of Live Tissue Replacement Using Modeling and Simulation Technologies for Military Trauma Training". The paper describes the use of live tissue replacement technology invented by SynDaver™ Labs in military medical training.

SynDaver™ Labs is partnering with Medical Education Technologies (Sarasota, FL) to develop a synthetic human thigh insert for their I-Stan platform. This module will allow training in the surgical repair of severe femoral artery injuries and will feature both gunshot and IED wounds.
